Frankly, I do not understand why everyone does not
follow through their back office. An application form

I've found it, it's what we've all been searching for for

even in the most ideal of situations money is not
enough to keep your team together and growing.
3. Your training - Don't let someone else train your
recruits, again this process is more than just information
dissemination it's essential to creating the tight knit
relationships that hold your team together. Do NOT let
someone else do this.
It's easy to outsource everything if given the opportunity,
but in your network marketing business it's not going to
ever work in the long run. Sure there maybe some buzz about
some business that does most of the work for you and maybe a
few people that have made a little money without doing
anything, but the odds aren't in your favor no matter how
appealing the offer sounds.
Your marketing system can be automated, but your marketing
cannot.

The Difference Between Cold Calling and a Successful Business Call
It is true when people say, "I thought I heard it all." Coming up on three years learning about internet businesses on line like most people in the world. I was listening to a recorded broadcast from an e mail I just happen to check that faithful morning. The speaker was very kind enough to share what how he prospects people interested in starting their own internet business. There were the common questions. One that I recalled was the strategies used to create traffic. The prospect shared all that she was taught to do by her sponsor. This included handing out flyers and posting signs near the local supermarket. I thought it was very shocking to learn that people are still doing this even today with all the internet tools available on the internet. As the speaker continued to prospect the prospector, she began to see how her strategies have been consuming a lot of her time and getting little results. It did not take long before she liked what the speaker told her would be better. I thought of the analogy about cutting down a tree. Is it better to cut down a tree with an ax or with an electric saw? The answer is obvious especially since the electric saw is very easy to do once you master how to control it and guide it to cut trees. I was simply blown away at how easy it got to prospect the prospect into letting him or her learn about your successful internet business.
But it got better because the prospect we are talking about here already has a business and will relate better to what the speaker in the conference was offering. I am listening in on the conference along with hundreds with the thought and affirmation that we are in the right place that will provide us another successful business tool for our business. So, the lesson here is that leads are leads but they are not prospects. Prospects have more experience and usually have a business that they are working to get off the ground. Of course why should any one ignore good advice such as another way to create more traffic. I am all ears when it comes to that. Moving on then the second part and most important part of the lesson is that the difference cold calling and a successful business call is that it is better to work with prospects. Success Can Begin The Easy Way: Via Forums
Using online forums is a good way to learn more about internet
marketing and to generate some long term, very targeted traffic.
If you have not participated in any online forums then I recommend
you make this part of your daily activity. Consistency is the key here,
and by logging in and answering some other members questions you
will begin to generate clicks to your website.
Forums are great places to expand your knowledge also. It is not all
about getting traffic as you will be picking up a lot of great tips along
the way.
The main purpose of this type of marketing is that you are allowed to
put in a signature file at the end of your comment.
This has multiple benefits,
1. Allows members to click through to your website and see your offer.
2. Builds up in coming links to your domain name. Over time this will allow
you to develop a website with your domain name and have a head start

Lean Forward Instead of Falling Backwards
After submitting some surveys, some people got back to me with some issues they have with their on line business ventures. However I heard a great quote from a
life coach of mine recently that I just had to share with you. Now what is really interesting here, is I looked back through my life, and I honestly have to say, that if I knew then what I know now then each problem and its associated failure, honestly would have been a success. And I don't just mean business, I mean
everything in life. Friends, relationships, negotiations, jobs,
business you name it. Now are we're talking about Network Marketing
in this blog.
Some issues were: (1) Not enough people to talk to; (2) No time and (3)No ideas
All of these look like really big problems, and they are! They
are a root cause of almost 9 out of 10 Network Marketers failing in
their business. But now look at it from another point of view.
Instead of saying that its your biggest problem and using it as an
excuse. How about if you reworded it to "My biggest deficiency in
my business is...". Then you know EXACTLY what you need to do. It's
no longer an excuse but a list of where you need to focus your
training and education so that you can become the success that YOU
deserve to be. Don't fall backwards, but lean forward where others
can see you shine.

Getting Over The Hump:Success On The Internet
It made me just angry to have to deal with my boss everyday. It
seemed that nothing I did was ever too perfect for him. I dealt
with it day in day out. There were times I could not sleep. Of
course I looked else where for other jobs. So I could not just
leave the job and stay at home e mailing my resume. It usually
takes about six months on average to find a job. So they say.
Anyway I would get up in the morning and find myself back at
work. The first thing I did was look at my e mail for any
complaints or instructions about my work. There were times I
would talk to my co workers because they seemed to know more
about what I did wrong than I did. This would make anybody
furious and very angry. There was one time that I recalled I
gave him an idea about how to better run things. Just like that
the next day he sent it to me via e-mail and presented it as his
own. I went to complain because it was not fair that I had
written up this work for someone else to take credit for it. How
would you like that to happen to you? It didn't stop there
because then some of my co-workers seemed to be against me. Talk
about brown nosing! I soon found myself taking this to personnel
department. I made a serious complaint in hopes that I could let
him know that this would not repeat itself again. Unfortunately,
I had a death in the family and I had to take some time off to
attend the funeral and the burial. When I got back, I was
slapped with "not following protocol". It gave my boss the
opportunity to take action against me and have me on
disciplinary action or probation. That was it!
I took some time off and while I had this time off I started
looking at home jobs or businesses. I found a successful guide
that opened my eyes to serious income from the comfort of my
home. I did go back to work. But I got another job while I was
supporting myself with this business to help me take my time to
find another job. What a relief!
